This antique dental or surgical tool sterilizer was manufactured in Minneapolis, MN by the Holmes Sterilization company. This piece originated in 1918 and features a removable tray, water bath with a convenient spout for drainage. The tools would be placed into the removable tray that lowers as the lid is closed, this machine would use steam to prep these tools for use.
The overall dimensions of this machine measure 16" in width, 6" in depth with a standing height of 9". The removable tray measure 14" in length, 2" in width with a standing height of 3". The interior of this sterilizer measures 15" in width, 5.5" in depth with a height of 4.25".
This machine also comes with a set of six aluminum edentulous molds from various companies. As well as one pair of antique forceps marked Germany.
