This turn of the century lamp by Faries originally saw use as a lamp in a dentists operating room. Through years of use and storage, significant dirt and rust built up on the lamp prior to arriving in our shop. Each piece was meticulously restored and clear-coated in addition to necessary rewiring to allow the lamp to be in a modern setting. The brass arm can be rotated 180 degrees around the flange - Or even removed and flipped upside down. The shade can be articulated as well, allowing for a myriad different lighting set ups. An original mercury glass shade sits at the end of the lamp.

Only one non-original piece was used in this restoration. The wing nut near the socket needed to be replaced. Barring that - the lamp is original in its entirety. The lamp is in like-new working condition and is ready for a forever home.

This lamp measures 31" from the wall and has a 20" pivoting arm. The shade, while oblong in shape, measures an approximate 7.25" in diameter.
