This antique cobbler's storage tulip features eight storage compartments and rotates for accessibility. A cobbler would have stored various sized nails and tacks in the cups. This tulip likely originated sometime durings the late 1800s and was manufactured by J.C. Kupferle in St. Louis, MO.
The bin separates from its base and is constructed entirely of cast iron. Please note the cast iron exhibits some rusting, creating its natural patina. The diameter of the base measures 9.75" and it stands at a height of 3.5".
