This interesting white clock is perfect for a desktop or shelf. The top section of the clock rotates around the base with an ornate metal pointer that shows the time. The clock is electrical, but it requires a spin start to get it ticking. There is a small knob on the side of the clock - give the knob a gentle spin once you plug it in and the clock starts. It appears to keep time, but we haven't checked it for accuracy - there is sliding regulator on the bottom for the clock's speed. Marked "Made in the U.S.A. Pat. No. D-95,184 Other Pats. Pend. 60 Cycles 110 Volts AC" on the bottom. There is some paint missing on the top of the clock above 1:00, but it exposes a nice brass color.
